Before your watch is serviced by us it will first be inspected and an estimate will be given for it's repair. Estimates are made up of Labor, Parts and Shipping/Insurance charges.

Estimate pricing starts at:
  • Quartz: $20 + Return Shipping + Insurance
  • Mechanical: $25 + Return Shipping + Insurance
  • High grade models will increase the estimate.
If you accept the estimate, work will begin on the watch and the cost of the estimate will be credited to your final billing. If you choose not to have the repairs done, you will only need to pay for the Estimate Cost, Return Shipping and Insurance.

Clean - Overhaul - Adjust:

We disassemble / inspect the movement, and if no parts are needed we perform a triple clean and rinse, then reassemble the movement using proper oils needed for the specific movement.

Then we time and adjust the movement.

Along with this, we also clean and polish the case and band (when applicable, as some bands can't be polished without damaging them).

Gaskets are replaced (for the back, crown, and when replacing crystals, the crystal gaskets as well).

Finally, a water resistant test is done to ensure that your watch is as water resistant* as possible (when applicable).

*A note on water resistance:
Many watches rates of 50 meters or more in water resistancy would not even pass the test from the factory, so we make every effort to ensure that it is as water resistant as it can be. What many people don't understand is that these ratings are for a watch that is not moving. Movement severely reduces the depth of water resistance's effectiveness, as the pressure changes produced by the swimming motion combined with the depth can be equivalent to much greater depths. It should also be noted that you should never wear any watch in a hot tub!

Warranty:
  • We use only fresh Eveready batteries, guaranteed for 1 year.
  • For all watches there is a 1 year Parts and Labor warranty.
  • There is a 2 year warranty for all Rolex Parts and Labor.
Case and Band Repair:

With the aid of our Rofin laser equipment, we have the ability to refurbish stainless, gold filled, 10K, 14K and 18K cases to like-new condition. Deep scratches and dents can disappear.

Shipping:

We ship through USPS (always insured).

Payment Options:

Payments are accepted through Paypal (a money request will be sent, so it does not require you to have a Paypal account) or a check (which will lengthen the process because we wait for them to clear before sending your watch back.) Please make checks payable to Stephen Drinkard.

Precautions:

Please write your full name, address, phone number (day / evening) down on a sheet of paper and include this in the packaging along with your watch. This helps ensure that your information will be available upon arrival, as the shipping labels don't always make it.
